4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. We recommend passwords be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services lawfully. Prohibited activities include reselling services without permission, reverse-engineering our platform, uploading harmful code, infringing on intellectual property, or engaging in unauthorized data scraping.

6. Intellectual Property

All Sitefy trademarks, software, designs, and materials remain the exclusive property of Sitefy unless otherwise stated. Content purchased by or developed for clients is governed by individual project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding six months.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
